Col. Eric Rojo USA (Ret) is a Concepts and Strategy authority, with a background and experience spanning the fields of business, government, aviation, procurement, security, military and international affairs. He designed the infrastructure, and helped organize the Venezuelan Army Reserve; Coordinated first live counter-terrorist exercise at a US Army base in 1983, a model of inter-agency coordination and cooperation with the of 21 military and law enforcement agencies. Participated in the risk assessment for anti-terrorist security at the US nuclear weapons laboratories and facilities. Col. Rojo headed the National Energy Emergencies Operations Steering Group that developed the Energy Emergencies Management System (EEMS), the DOE EOC. He was responsible for direct support and or coordination of Homeland Security Projects for the Shaw Group and was the security team leader for the New York State Office of Public Security energy and chemical industry Critical Infrastructure security project.
